One of the requirements of app ownership is having a privacy policy, available for public viewing.

A privacy policy is a statement or legal document (in privacy law) that discloses some or all of the ways a party gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a customer or client's data.

You can get a privacy policy created by a lawyer, through an online generator, or copied from a template.

ACTIONERA has created an editable Privacy Policy template to help app owners meet this requirement.

If you want people to be able to get to your privacy policy in your mobile app, you will need to add it to an active topic. If you want it in a directory, you would add it to an active directory AND and active topic.  Make sure it's in a place that is viewable to all (no tags).

PRO Tip: Use an online mailto generator

There are lots of online mailto generators to choose from. Do a quick search to find one you like.

You can add customizations (like adding a subject line, etc) and just copy the link and paste it into the URL field in the WYSIWYG when creating a link!
