Template Selection:
- Choose from a variety of pre-designed templates for different funnel steps, including registration and confirmation pages.
- Webinar Registration Page: Capture attendee details, manage registrations, and integrate directly with your contacts for future engagement.
- Webinar Confirmation Page: Confirm registration and provide webinar details such as links, times, and next steps.
- Webinar Broadcast Room: Automated for On-Demand webinars or linked for Live webinars, allowing users to access the content based on the type of webinar selected.
Automated Workflows & Reminders recipe:
Pre-built automation workflows for reminders and follow-ups via email and SMS, reducing manual effort and enhancing attendee engagement.
How to Use?
- Create a Webinar Funnel: Navigate to the Sides sidebar and select “Webinar Funnel”
- Choose between On-Demand or Live Webinar in the setup page, then enter details such as the title, date/time (for live webinars), and timezone.
- Select the form to be used for registration details of the guests.
- For Live Events, enter the Zoom or other meeting link that will be used.
- Select pre-built templates for registration and confirmation pages to ensure a seamless experience for your attendees.
- For Live Webinars, share your own zoom link to attendees ahead of the event.
- Customize the content, design, and layout using the builder to match your brand’s look and feel.
- Activate Automations: Click on three dots in the title, and you can edit the webinar recipe. Use the pre-built automation workflows for sending Reminders and Follow-Up Emails post-webinar to engage your audience and convert leads.
- Select the form used in form submission trigger, and set the time for live webinar sessions for automated emailed and notifications to registered users.
